Of Germantown. Reunited with his beloved wife Joan (nee Schultz) in Heaven on November 25, 2024. Devoted father of Paul Jr. (Katie), David (Cindy), Duane (Michelle) and Ricky (Gerri). Proud grandpa of 11 and great-grandpa of 6. Dear brother of Wilbur (Bonnie) and Robert (Donna). Brother-in-law of Jeannie (Oscar) Sagmo and Marty Pasek. Further survived by other family and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents Ivan and Dorothy, and siblings George, Ivy (Bonnie), Jeannie (Terry) Michi, and Lily Pasek.

More than anything, Paul enjoyed having a good time watching the Packers with family and friends on Sundays. He did not go by Mr. Bernard, he went by Paul, Dad, Pops, Uncle Paul, Paul Sr., Grandpa, Papa, and great-grandpa.

Special thank you to his cancer care team of the last 6 years, the staff at the Pavilion for his care over this past year, and Allay Hospice for making his final days as comfortable as possible.

Visitation will be held at Schmidt & Bartelt in Menomonee Falls on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 10am until time of Memorial Service at 12pm. In honor of Paul’s struggle with cancer please consider donating to a local cancer care center or charity of your choice.
