Of Sussex, went home to the Lord on Sun., March 9th, at the age of 96 years.
Art is survived by his wife of 76 years, Elma Taylor; daughters, Sandra (Ed) Paik and Debra (Guy) Hocking; granddaughter, Jennifer (Chris) McClure; great-grandchildren, Ashley (Casey) Messenger and J.D. Berg; great-great grandchildren, Lili and Cash; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, William; parents; and sisters, Mary, Barbara and Helen.
Art was born on May 8, 1928, a son of the late Arthur and Alma Taylor. During his working years, he started out as a driver and worked his way up to a Personnel Manager at UPS. With Elma by his side, he was also the owner of Twin Point Resort in Oshkosh. Art enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his family, and was a longtime member of St. James Catholic Church. He proudly served his country in the United States Army.
The visitation for Art will be held on Fri., April 4th, from 10AM until the time of the Mass at 11AM at St. James Catholic Church in Menomonee Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. James Catholic Church are appreciated.
