Inhoff, Judy M. (nee Burns)
Went Home to God on June 19, 2025 at the age of 70. Beloved wife of Ken for nearly 45 years. Cherished sister of Jeff (Nancy) Burns, Fritz (Sue) Burns and the late Danny Burns. Sister-in-law of John (Sheila) Inhoff, Jan (Lyn Martin) Gomez, Pattie (Tom) Kinley and Sue (Steve) LuMaye. She is preceded in death by her parents Frederick and Carol (nee Crosby) and her parents-in-law John and Leila (nee Gunderson) Inhoff. Further survived by loved nieces, nephews, other relatives and so many dear friends.
Judy weathered many medical challenges over her life primarily a result of kidney failure at a young age requiring dialysis for nearly 49 years. She always remained optimistic and was an inspiration for all who knew her. Judy never wanted to be the center of attention but would listen intently even when you thought she wasn’t. And she would interject an amusing “zinger”, sometimes even about herself, that would make everyone burst into laughter. She enjoyed taking motorcycle trips with her husband and wonderful friends. As an avid crafter, she loved sewing, quilting, embroidering unique pillowcases and koozies, and creating custom cards- all to be shared with the people she loved.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday June 28, 2025 at Ken and Judy's home in Sussex from 12pm-8pm for an open house gathering. Please come and go as you need to. There will be heavy hors d'oeuvres and beverages. We will be playing Judy's favorite music and sharing happy memories and photos.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Judy’s honor to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin would be greatly appreciated.
