Jeffrey “Jeff” James Smith, age 78 and long-time resident of Mequon passed away at his home on April 9, 2026.  He was born on May 2, 1947, in Milwaukee, WI to Jack and Ruth Smith.  Beloved husband and best friend to the late Angeline “Angie” Smith (nee Cera) who proceeded Jeff in death on June 11, 2014.  Loving father of Tammy (Steve) Flores.  Proud “Papa” of Lisa (Alek) Glish and Olivia Flores.  Further survived by his brother, Brad Smith, other relatives, and friends.  Private services with inurnment at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon will be held with the family.
