of the Town of Lisbon, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on May 1, 2026, at the age of 73 years. Loving mother of Jennifer (Thomas Edler) Kulbeck, Andrew (Candy) Kulbeck, and Nicole (Thomas) Maryschak. Proud “granny” of Alyssa, Kaden, Lillian, Gracie, and Josie; and great grandmother of Bentley, Jackson, Imori, and Charlie. Dear sister of Elizabeth (James) Gruenwald, and sister-in-law of Kathleen (John Peltier) Nye and Eugene and Dorie Kulbeck. Close cousin of Mary Jo (William) Markert, who was like a sister to her, and Kathleen (Werner) Horn. Lifelong dear friend of Linda Klingele. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 41 years Daniel Kulbeck, brother John Peltier, and parents James and Natalie (Verfurth) Peltier.

Maggie was a master gardener, quilter, seamstress, baker, and singer, among her many creative pursuits. She was happiest working in the garden, adventuring with Dan, and spending time with family.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home (W250 N6505 Hwy 164, Sussex, WI 53089) from 11 am until time of service at 12:30 pm. A private burial will be held at a later date.
