Geneva "Sue" Plochocki
January 27, 1952 - April 25, 2026

Geneva Sue Plochocki (née Constantineau) of Mukwonago, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, at the age of 74 while visiting family in Pflugerville, TX.

Born on January 27, 1952 to Leslie and Margaret Constantineau, “Sue” grew up in the Durham neighborhood of Muskego, WI. While young she enjoyed athletics, music, and playing with friends. After graduating from Muskego High School in 1970, she began attending UW-Oshkosh but paused her education to care for family.

In 1973, she married Steven Plochocki. They were married for 20 years and together they had four children. Later, she spent 19 years with partner, John Meyerhofer.

A remarkably resilient woman with a strong work ethic, Sue continued her education years later and earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications, completing her schooling Magna Cum Laude. Professionally, she worked at Waukesha Memorial Hospital for 40 years and API for 5. She had many roles but ended her career as a Learning Management Specialist.

Sue was a very kind person and generous by nature, particularly with her time. Always up for an adventure, she loved to visit with friends over dinner, dance, attend live theater and music performances, and invite people to relax on “Sue’s Patio”. She held great memories of her many trips, with highlights including many destination weddings, and traveling to Norway to visit extended family. Above all, it was family that was her primary devotion. Whether it was being caretaker or chauffeur for doctor visits, cheering on loved ones at important events, or holding her famous “Grandma days”.

She is survived by a large and loving family. Mother to four children: Steven Plochocki II (Rebecca), Thomas Plochocki (Elizabeth), Sarah Antczak (Ryan), and Amanda James (Curtis). Proud grandmother to ten: Treynor and Harper Plochocki, Otis, Penelope, and Camilla Plochocki, Eleanor “Nora” and Benjamin “Benny” Antczak, and Miles, Julia, and Mason James. Devoted sister to Elizabeth “Betty” Clark (Harry), Leslie Constantineau (Carol), Janice Gail Dockter (Galen), John Constantineau (Mary), and Alford Bruce Constantineau (Janice). Aunt to many cherished nieces and nephews. Beloved cousin to Carole Goodwin (née Jansen) and Chuck Jansen. She also maintained a special relationship with her former in-laws, Judy Mlejnek, Wally Plochocki (Dee), the late Richard Plochocki (Marie), as well as the Movrich family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law Harry Clark, sister-in-law Carol Constantineau (née Hoyt), nephew Paul Clark, niece Samantha Pradarelli (née Constantineau), and cousin Bonnie Kuehl (née Jansen).

Though she has moved to eternal life, she left her loved ones with the greatest gifts they could receive -- She was the one we could lean on, the one who made us feel safe, and the one who reminded us what family really means.
