Gail L. Schuh, of Menomonee Falls, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the age of 69.

Gail was born on October 25, 1956, to Mike and Betty Jakubic. She married Rodney Schuh, Jr on March 26, 1977. 

Gail enjoyed attending car shows, collecting gnomes, and spending time with her beloved dog, Artie. She was an avid animal lover and recently enjoyed watching all of the different wildlife showing up on her patio. Gail cherished memories of spending time with her grandchildren when they were young. Family gatherings for the annual parade and Richfield Days became a treasured tradition and was something everyone looked forward to each year.  Family cookouts,  grilling hamburgers, hot dogs and brats, sharing a meal of fried chicken and a cold beer, brought her great happiness. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Gail is survived by her daughter, Barbara Schuh; her siblings, Jeanne(Pat) Murphy, Robert Jakubic, Randy (Nora) Jakubic, and Michael (Chris) Jakubic; her grandchildren, Felicia (Jon) Tierney, Kane Goetz, Haley Goetz, Johnny Nieskes, Brenden Pezewski, and Angelina Michelle Dee Stuck, and her great-granddaughters, Kylie Mikayla Rae Tierney and Penelope Jae Tierney.

She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Joey Schuh(Kelly Siegl),  her sisters-in-law, Heidi (Mark) Lamkin and Linda (Peter) Montez; along with many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Gail was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney, her parents,  and her siblings, Richard Jakubic and Michelle Lloyd.

A gathering and fellowship in memory of Gail will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls.

Gail’s heartstrings were tugged when she heard about the recent rescue of the hundreds of beagles from Madison, WI.  As such,  in lieu of flowers memorials to Beagle Freedom Project is much appreciated.  https://bfp.org/donate/
