Our beloved, “Grammie”, Barbara J. Lukomski, 94, of North Prairie Wisconsin passed away on July 6, 2026, with her daughter at her side. 

Barbara was a dental office manager and receptionist for 25 years until her retirement. 

Always game for an adventure, Barbara led a remarkably active life in addition to being an adoring mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  As a lifelong equestrian, she loved horseback riding and cared for all animals, especially her mule Daisy and her cat Louie.  She had a gift for making friends and truly treasured those relationships.  She was an avid reader, football fan, and shopper.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Holly (John) Slak, son Thomas (Joy) Lukomski, 2 grandchildren; Adam Lukomski, Taylor (Michael) Smith, and her great granddaughter Eloise Smith.  She will also be lovingly remembered by many other relatives and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Thomas A. Lukomski, beloved granddaughter Emma Slak, and her one brother.

She is greatly missed every single day.

Family and friends will be invited to gather to raise a glass, share stories, and toast to the memories Barbara left behind at a Celebration of Life planned for a future date.
