Samuels, E. Pauline “Polly” Of North Prairie, was reunited with her husband James I. Samuels on August 29, 2011 at the age of 93.  Loving mother of James G. (Judy) Samuels, Suzanne (Toby) Crossman, Donald E. (Sue) Samuels, and Donna (Partner Kaye Weinreich) Samuels.  Proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.  Polly is further survived by other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Addie McKee, husband James I. Samuels, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters. 

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Sept 2, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home (930 Main St. Mukwonago).  Family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.  Graveside service will be held on Sunday, Sept 4 at 1:00 PM at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton, OH.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Masonic Center for Health and Rehab Three Pillars (400 N. Main St. Dousman, WI.  53188).
