Born to Eternal Life June 4, 2016 at the young age of 26 years. Loving mom of Luna Monroe. Always cherished daughter of Neal (Debbie) Bork and Kimberly Ann Foley. Jante’ was a 2007 graduate of Nicolet High School where she played basketball and baseball. She excelled as a fabulous artist.

Jante’ was a true champion to the less fortunate and always a good friend to many.
