Name your favorite outdoor festival or community event and chances are you’ll find Bob in attendance. Summertime is the time Bob loves to get out and hangout with family and friends, especially when it’s State Fair time. That may seem like a full schedule to most, but not for Bob. In addition to being vice president of Schmidt & Bartelt, he also coaches the softball team. It may come as no surprise to learn Bob is an avid fitness fan. In order to keep the schedule he does, you’d have to be! He is a member of Kiwanis Club of Wauwatosa and Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. He graduated from Wauwatosa West High School in 1978, earned a Business Degree from UW-Eau Claire in 1982, and after graduating from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1992, he returned home to join the family business as a fourth-generation funeral director.
