Of Germantown. Born to life January 1, 1931 to Alexander and Josephine Mazurczak. Born to Eternal Life May 11, 2017 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of John (Sheryl) Zabrowski of Hartford, Mary Jo (Brian) Monroe of La Quinta, CA and Jennifer (Don) Sturm of Germantown. Beloved Buszia (grandma) of Nathan, Lucas, Kyle, Trevor and Maggie. Further survived by beloved nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her brother Frank (Molly) Mazurczak, brother John Mazurczak, sister Harriette (Erv) Stoltman, sister Mary (Alfred) Bernacchi, brother Ray (Carrie) Mazurczak and sister Margaret Mazurczak. Memorials in Jean's name may be given to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 4:30pm until the Celebration of Life Service at 6:00pm. Entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
