Passed away peacefully at home on July 16, 2017 at the age of 77 years following a courageous and lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank Elliott Sr. and Elizabeth (nee Graham) Harvey. Frank was the beloved husband of Kathleen Jane (nee Boysa) Harvey; brother to Steve (Ellen) Harvey and Betsy Taylor; proud father of Eric (Jennifer) Harvey, Laura (Todd) Zimdars and step father to Eve (Joel) Orwig; grandfather of Ryan, James, Rachel, Kayla, Sarah and Elizabeth; and uncle to J.T., Alexandra and Ben.

A career banker, Frank graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1963 and was a lifetime member of the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association. He was a lifelong friend to many, including his Delta Upsilon brothers, classmates from Whitefish Bay High School and Henry Clay Middle School, colleagues from Marine Bank and Banc One, as well as numerous golfing buddies.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 20th from 3 PM to time of Funeral Services at 5 PM at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Mequon. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the University of Wisconsin Foundation/School of Business, Delta Upsilon of Wisconsin Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Association.
