Entered into Eternal Life on October 2, 2017 at the age of 39. Beloved son of Rick “Captain” and Mary “Buscha” (nee Heinowski). Loving brother to his identical twin Joey and Brian (Danielle). Proud uncle of Isabelle, Amelia and Landon. Loving friend of Jill Frisk and her son Tyler. Further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be Sunday October 8, 2017 at the FUNERAL HOME from 1pm until time of service at 4pm.

Jason served the Milwaukee Police Department as an Officer and Detective for many years. He will be missed.
