(nee Reilly) Found Eternal Peace on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the age of 52. A loving and devoted mother to her children Brady (Megan), Carson, and Elena. She is survived by her husband Alan Clemmensen; her granddaughter Violet; her mother Rosemary Reilly; her brother and sister Greg (Shelli) Reilly and Carolyn (Brian) Horder; her in-laws Chuck and Cheryl Clemmensen, Craig Clemmensen, and Jayme Clemmensen (Phed); her aunt Bernadette (Michael) Monroe; and her uncle Michael Reilly. Further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. She is preceded in death by her father Edward Reilly, Jr., her step-mother Mary Reilly, and her niece Angela Reilly.

Tricia will be remembered most for her love of her family, friends, and pets. She loved the outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, and skiing. She loved to dance and sing. She'll fondly be remembered for her sense of humor and her infectious laugh.

Visitation will be held from 5 PM until the time of Celebration of Life at 7 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 995 Silver Lake St, Oconomowoc. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Wildlife In Need are appreciated. They can be given at the time of the service or online at www.helpingwildlife.org.
