Of Colgate. Passed away peacefully on Thursday August 2, 2018, at the age of 67 years. Loving husband of Diane (nee Enea) for 26 years. Dear brother of Rick (Kari) Woods, Susan Woods and the late David Woods. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

Visitation Tuesday August 7th at the FUNERAL HOME from 4:00 PM until time of the Celebration of Mike’s Life at 7:00 PM with a toast to Mike at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Angel’s Grace Hospice appreciated.
