My heart is broken as I did not know of Bettyanns passing and just found out yesterday. I tried to contact her and wondered why I could not. I am so deeply sorry for the sudden sadness. She was so strong and I am very shocked. My heart goes out to everyone who knew her. She was the sweetest most giving and patient person. Our family prayed for her constantly and now we will talk directly to this angel. She got me through my Master´s in Reading program and I am forever grateful! Another fellow student of hers was Amy Mamero. We kept in touch since classes. We will cherish the memory of our last lunch as school let out this past summer. Bless her and all of you who knew her. We are so sad we did not get to attend her funeral. Prayers to all! Sincerely, Charli Kuehl

As I knew Bettyann, she was a kind and generous woman, a dedicated teacher, a friend to many, a helpful and supportive colleague, a person of faith, and a lover of music, literature, and dogs. She graced us, and the world is a better place because of her.

The voice of Bettyann's flute will be greatly missed in the Greendale Village Concert Band. Her kind and gentle nature was always evident at rehearsals, especially when we had an opportunity to share stories of our "fur babies". She will be remembered with a smile.
My condolences to her family and friends.
