Born to Eternal life on September 3, 2018, age 87. Beloved husband of Marlene (nee Kunz) for 59 years. Loving father of Paul (Beth) and Janet Rahn. Dear grandfather of Stephen, Rachel, Whitney, Madelyn and great grandson W. Channing. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Ralph was born in Milwaukee on May 22, 1931 the son of the late Rudolph and Alma (nee Luebke) Rahn. He was baptized and confirmed at Emmaus Lutheran Church. He was raised in Milwaukee and moved out to Germantown in 1977. He married his wife Marlene on July 4, 1959 in her hometown of Bismarck, North Dakota. They raised their family attending Covenant Ev. Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Ralph worked for many years as an electrician for Lombard Electric Company and Butters-Fetting Company. He was a long time member of Faith Lutheran Church in Germantown. He enjoyed nature and gardening and in his later years he loved to spend time at his cottage on Wood Lake in Marquette County.

Visitation Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls from 1:30PM until time of the funeral service at 3PM, followed by burial at Sunnyside Cemetery. Memorials to the Lutheran Laymen’s League or the American Parkinson Disease Association are appreciated.
