August 19, 2019 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of Russell Jaqua. Loving mother of Robin (Mike) Morphis, Lisa (Steve) Nedella, and Kevin (Brenda) Jaqua. Devoted grandmother of Summer, Autumn, Matt, Adam, Emilly, Justin, and Abby; and great-grandmother of Anika, Maty, Mason, Grady and Ruby. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, 10280 N. Port Washington Rd., Mequon on Friday, August 23rd at 4:00 PM with visitation from 2:30 PM until time of service. Private inurnment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Joan's name to the Alzeimer's Association or American Heart Association appreciated.
