I am so very sorry for your loss of your beloved Melissa. She was so incredibly sweet and happy and affectionate. Even though it's been many years since I've seen you all I have so many fond memories of my flute lessons at the Merriman house and babysitting the kids. I’m so sorry for your loss. Although it has been 27 years since I babysat for your family, and probably 24 years since I’ve seen you guys, I have many fond memories of Melissa. When she was little she always took great pride in watering the roses in your garden. She loved the flowers. I also remember how she loved her back rubbed to sleep by Betty. She had a special connection with Betty. Melissa’s smile brightened the room. I remember how much she loved the music you would play for her and how peaceful she looked listening to it. I know you will miss her dearly. I’m so sorry.
