W. Gene Thompson

Of East Troy, formerly of Mukwonago.  The angels carried her home to the Lord on September 20, 2020 at the age of 90.  She is the loving mother of Thomas C. (Gail) Thompson, Jyll S. (Dan) Knautz, Dr. Stephen R. (Jane) Thompson and Peter S. (Janet) Thompson.  She is further survived by 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.  Gene was preceded in death by her Husband Robert C. Thompson, son Craig K. Thompson, sisters Dawn Narron, Muriel Petri, and Clair Munderloh, and her parents Cecil and Mildred Narron.

Gene was a member of the East Troy Bible Church.  She loved helping other people and truly was one of God’s servants.  Gene loved being out on the water on the pontoon boat, the Packers, taking pictures, travelling, playing games like Skip-Bo, Family Ski vacations to Colorado, and most of all spending time with her family.

Private family services were held for Gene.  A Celebration Service will be held for Gene at East Troy Bible Church at a later date.  If desired, memorial donations can be made to East Troy Bible Church in memory of Gene.
