Eula M. Godek
July 10, 1924 - October 24, 2020
        

Eula M. Godek of Bayside, Wisconsin formerly of Bay Village, Ohio, passed away on October 24, 2020 with her family at her side. She was born Eula M. Clevenger on July 10, 1924 in Newport, Tennessee. She was a former employee of Chevrolet in Parma, Ohio. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Peggy J. (F. William) Russo and her grandchildren Jeanne M. Russo, John W. Russo, and Dr. Christine (Alexander Hawley) Russo and her great-grandson William Wyatt Hawley and future great-granddaughter due in February 2021, and her best friend K.C. Peer. She was predeceased by her husband Stanley J. Godek and special friend Joseph Cavalier and her parents Leonard and Tressie Clevenger, sister Ruth  Farmer, and brothers James Clevenger and Hugh Clevenger. Further survived by her brother Ruble Clevenger and numerous nieces and nephews. Eula was known for her stylish apparance, wonderful sense of humor and fun loving attitude. She was always there for her family and friends and loved being with them. She will never be forgotten by them. 

Special thanks to the people of Elizabeth Residence where Eula resided these past few years to be close to her family in River Hills, Wisconsin and Horizon Hospice who took such special care of her needs these last few weeks.

Due to the pandemic, services and burial in Cleveland, Ohio will be private where she will be united with her late husband Stanley, a survivor of the Bataan Death March and a World War II prisoner of war.
