(nee Foley) Passed this veil of tears on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband Paul E. Schwemer of 57 years; her children Scott M. Foley of Orange, CA, Sondra Jones-Schwemer of West Bend, WI, and Laura L. Calnan of Los Angeles, CA; her 5 grandchildren; her brother Richard Foley; and her sisters Fran Bolle and Mary Foley-David. Further survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Barbara was a loving and caring wife and mother. She loved to tend, ride, and show horses. Private services will be held at a later date and time.
