I am so sad to read about Tom's death. He was such a great man. From my first smoker, the Spirit of 76 play and losing money to him playing cards he was in deed a nobile brother.

~ Steven Koller, Apex, NC

I met Tom in 1963 when I joined Alpha Nu Beta Fraternity. He was someone I looked up to as an older ANB Brother and role model. I reconnected with Tom in the 1990's. He was very involved with the Fraternity alumni from then on attending our lunches and participating in our feisty but friendly sheepshead games. My sincere condolences to Sue and the rest of the Long family. Tom will trully be missed.

It is with sorrow that I found out today of Brother Tom'passing. Please take comfort that Tom was well liked by his many Brothers of Alpha Nu Beta Fraternity. We have great memories of Tom and enjoyed taking his nickels and dimes playing Sheepshead.
