Uncle Elmer was one of a kind. He disliked being idle and would rather be fixing an engine than engage in small talk. He had a boisterous laugh and a penchant for the dramatic when telling stories. He did things his own way in a world that demands conformity. His was a character larger than life. He will be missed.
