Larson, Terrance F. 73 of Colgate, WI passed away on Tuesday March 23, 2021 after a short battle with cancer.
Terry is survived by his wife, Marilyn Larson; children Lisa (Jeffrey) Allen, Scott (Sabrina), and Kristi (Steven) Peirce; grandchildren Joseph, Mya, and Drew Allen and Michael and Sydney Peirce; stepdaughter Lisha (Tim) Voelzke and children Chase and Tyler; and sisters Judy Ochs, Jacky (Gregg) Otto and Mary Mikolai. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Luella (Hoffman) Larson and his first wife of 41 years, Alane (Stauffer) Larson.
Terry was born on April 17, 1947 in Hanska, MN. He grew up on the farm before attending college and marrying Alane. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam war, spending most of his time in Korea. Upon his discharge from the Army, the family lived in Mankato, MN, Andalusia, IL and moved to Menomonee Falls, WI in 1985. Terry’s retirement years were spent in Colgate, WI.
Terry enjoyed fishing on Lake Michigan, building and riding 3 wheeled motorcycles (trikes), and telling stories. During his life, Terry was an active participant in many churches.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 30th at St. Gabriel’s in Hubertus, WI. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 with the service at 11:00. Procession to Lisbon Merton Union Cemetery to immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight in Terry’s name.
