Born To Eternal Life on June 13, 2021 at the age of 82 years. Tony was born on November 5, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI, son of Margaret and Salvatore Catalano. Beloved husband of 58 years to Mary Ann (nee Crivello). Dear father of Laurie (Robert) Meyer, Mark (Tracy), John (Michelle) and Anthony (Colleen) Catalano. Proud Papa of Christina Meyer (Joel Zembles), Jonathan, Anthony and William Meyer, Gina (Jake) Walter, Julia Catalano, Tony and Jake Catalano, Sal and Addison Catalano. Further survived by Brother in law Joe Gazzana, sisters- in- law Ann Wittkowske and Ann Catalano.

Preceded in death by Vince and Pauline Catalano, Sam and Bess Busalacchi, Sam and Phyllis Catalano, Ted and Pat Catalano, Mike Catalano, Joe Catalano, Marie Gazzana, Nina Crivello, Fred Wittkowske, Rosalie and Jim Lexa, Carl and Sara Reichman.

Visitation on Thursday June 17 at St. Joseph’s Church in Wauwatosa, 12130 W. Center Street from 3pm until Mass of Christian Burial at 6pm. 

Tony grew up in the old Third Ward with his brothers and sisters, graduating from Lincoln High School in 1957. He worked all his life in the wholesale produce business, first with his brothers, next with his sons. His favorite work was during the summer when he could greet his customers at the fruit stand. He loved to meet all of the people along the way, even if he didn’t remember names, he was always quick with a smile and a greeting.
