Shane passed away unexpectedly on August 13, 2021 at the age of 42. He was the devoted husband of Sarah (nee Mueller) for 16 years and the loving father of Ezra, age 10, and Carissa, age 9. Beloved son of Michael and Cindy Wolf of Watertown. He is also survived by his grandparents Daryl and Karen Herritz; sister Amber (Collin) Schaeffer; nieces and nephews Ella, Evan, Elle, Ethan, Hazel, Samuel and Walter; mother-in-law Bethany (Gary) Winkler; father-in-law Raymond Mueller; brothers-in-law Jason (Tara) Mueller and Adam (Anna) Mueller. Shane is further survived by other family and friends.
Shane was a devoted husband and father. He loved coaching his son’s football team and he was his daughter’s number one gymnastics fan. Shane was an avid sports fan, looked forward to travel and camping trips with his family and loved working on his cars. Shane always had a joke in his back pocket and could be counted upon to lend a hand. He had an easy going smile and was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. Shane was a graduate of Watertown High School, received his bachelor’s degree from UW-Whitewater and his master’s degree from UW-Milwaukee’s School of Business. Shane took great pride in his work and was employed by KS Energy Services as the Director of Procurement at the time of his passing.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 29th, 2021 at Northbrook Church, 4041 Hwy 167 Richfield, from 2pm-4pm. Memorial Service will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to Shane’s children’s education, or can be directed to the charity of your choice in Shane’s name.
