She was a supportive administrator in our department, and she helped me through some difficult times in my career. I remember Sandy because she and I worked on the same floor together at NIDC. I remember that she had a beautiful smile and there were some days when she looked absolutely radiant. She must have been very happy about something then. I did not know her well but I do remember her and I feel very sad about her early passing and very sad for the pain of loss that her family is experiencing. God bless you, Sandra Rotar.
