So sorry for your loss. Arlene was such a wonderful, witty, down to earth and adorably sweet woman. I was lucky to have worked with her at LANG for a number of years before her retirement. Her loyalty, passion and dedication were undeniable. We were heartbroken when she retired and loved her occasional pop in visits post retirement. The news of her passing was a blow….she and her spirit will live on forever. I am sorry I am unable to attend services but know that she and her family (who she adored and told us many stories about)are in my thoughts and prayers.
All my best,
Julie

My deepest condolences to the family and close friends of Arlene.

Arlene had a heart of gold and a quick minded humor that could have you bent over in laughter each time you saw her. I will always remember her kind words and the wisdom she would share. As well as the breads and other goodies she would send to our home and the love that was baked into each of her kitchen creations.

With love and prayers during the family's time of mourning,

Mom Shepard was an amazing woman. One with many talents. A fantastic decorator; seamstress, gardner, fun loving, full of laughter, and a great teacher to many of us. Family was so important to her. She even treated me as her family. I loved the person she was. Kind, funny and straight to the point! She never skipped a beat and was always good for a great laugh! I recall taking her advice after having my 1st child. She told me to do myself a favor & don't listen to my doc. She said, don't ever wake a sleeping baby! That she'd wake up when she was hungry! LOL. That my friends was a true statement. I LOVE that woman! It was the best advice ever! How lucky we all were to have her here on earth for so long. She will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to you all. Sending you all my love! May God bless you Mom Shepard. Rest in peace. XOXO
