I am not sure if this note will reach Helen and her siblings. My name is Marilyn Kohler Franklin and as a young girl I lived across the street from the Dorsey house. I actually baby sat for Helen and Steve as a teenager. I vividly remember Marilyn and Arnie and the extended family that often came over. Everyone was so friendly and everyone knew each other. My parents are gone quite a long time ago but I fondly remember those bygone neighborhood days. My thoughts are with you. The picture of Marilyn is one I would have recognized even after all these years. 'So sorry for your loss. (Interestingly, a few years back I got a note from Marilyn when my dad/mom died. Memories run deep.)

My prayers and condolences to your family. I was your mom’s physical therapist on and off over the past several years and wanted you all to know how much I loved and adored Marilyn. We would laugh so hard every time she came in. Her wit truly was one of a kind. I will miss her dearly. Unfortunately I have a full work schedule on Tuesday and cannot make it to the service but I just wanted you to know she will always be one of my very favorite people and I will remember her always! Hugs to all of you.
