Although I knew Mike from my coffee shop in Brookfield in the 90’s. I had never met Susan until years later. But Mike always lit up when he spoke about her and all three of us loved Lyle Lovett.
I reconnected with Susan a few years ago and was lucky to call her my friend. Who knew we would be fellow OC warriors who would compare notes and advice on a regular basis. I will feel her loss in many ways…but mostly as a friend who encouraged and supported me…as I hope I did the same for her.
