Ralph spent 25 years in the Construction Equipment Sales Field and 22 years as an Owner and Manager in the Retail Hardware Industry. After retiring, he enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Lake Tomahawk, taking his dog for ice cream, cutting grass for any lawn that needed it and keeping in touch with family and friends at lunches and dinners. He spent endless hours watching cowboy movies, especially John Wayne. He was fond of using quotes and dialog from those movies. He woke everyone up with 'Rise and Shine, Daylight in the swamp' followed by "We're burning daylight". Another favorite was "A man's got to do what a man's got to do". He specifically requested this one.
