Kenneth “Ken” Raymond Mikula was a loving husband to Dianne for 58 years, a father to Ricky and Gregory, a grandfather to many, coach to even more, and a friend to all who knew him. He left this world on June 15th, 2023 at age 78, finally finding peace after a courageous journey battling ongoing health issues in recent years.
Born on December 5th, 1944 in Wisconsin, Kenneth Mikula was the son of Dorothy and Raymond Mikula. He grew up in the Milwaukee area, spending the days of his youth with his wife Dianne and many friends at drive-ins, dance clubs, and van-ins. Later in his life, he coached Little League for ten years, and spent his spare time building models and passionately rooting for his beloved Green Bay Packers. Despite the trials he endured, he never lost his charismatic spirit or the love and compassion that touched the lives of those around him.
As we bid farewell to Kenneth Mikula, we find peace in knowing that he is finally free from pain and suffering. His memory will forever remain in our hearts. The legacy of love, courage, passion and humor he leaves behind will continue to inspire and guide us as we navigate the challenges of life.
A visitation will be held for Ken on Sunday, June 25th at 2:00 PM at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls, WI, followed by the funeral service at 4:00pm. where friends and family can come together to celebrate the remarkable life of Kenneth Mikula and share stories of his legacy.
