Timothy Tyler Fenner May 20th 1946-September 20th, 2023 Age 77 years old
Tim was born on May 20th, 1946 to Reverend Martin Fenner and Milda Fenner in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Tim attended Lutheran elementary schools and graduated from Milwaukee Luther High School. He received a full scholarship to Northwestern for his academic achievements, which he decided to forgo to travel (hitch hiking) across the US. He won a trip to the UN his senior year in high school. His main career was as a hardwood lumber broker and served on the board of Directors for Lakes States Lumber Association. He also served on the board of directors at Lake Park Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, and South Shore Yacht Club.
Tim was an avid sailor, an excellent downhill skier, and placed in the top 100 of the Birkebeiner cross country ski race. To say the least he was an excellent athlete.
Most importantly he loved his Lord and was very kind, generous to a fault, extremely intelligent and had a wonderful sense of humor. He loved his boys with all his heart and was so proud of their accomplishments.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Thomas James Fenner. He is survived by his sons Joe and Sammi (Bachman) Fenner, Dan Fenner, Sister Gretchen and Bob Martens, Nephews Dan and Laura Martens, Dave and Tania Martens, Jeffery and Kathleen Martens, Sister-in- Law, Sandy Jahns, Nephews and Nieces, David Jahns, Susan (Mejchar) and Nick Olson Maryanna Mejchar, former spouse Mary (Jahns) Fenner, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 3rd at St. John’s Lutheran Church (410 W. Veteran’s Way, Mukwonago) from 5:00 PM until the time of the Service at 6:00 PM.
