Dick was a true gentleman. I first met him in the 1980’s when I first entered into community involvement in Wauwatosa. After being elected in 1990 Dick was one of my “go to” guys. He was always honest in his responses and creative in his problem solving. He was kind. He was generous. He was delightful to work with. He will be blessed in heaven and will truly be on God’s right hand and in His front breast pocket.
