Richard was called home to our Lord on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. Loving husband of the late Elaine "Jerrie" Wettstein for 70 years. Proud father of Lynn (George) Kemmeter, John (Jill), Greg (Tracey) and Mary (Richard) Boomsliter.  Grandfather of 5 and great-grandfather of 10. Brother of the late Steve and the late Karl Wettstein. 

Before retiring, Richard was in public accounting for 63 years of which 20 were in his own firm.  He was born on February 25, 1929 to Jerome and Ida Wettstein. He had shared many adventures with his wife, Jerrie over their years together.
