Michael J Fritz of Mukwonago passed away peacefully at his home on December 12, 2023, at the age of 67.
Mike is survived by his loving and devoted wife Marie Fritz (Willms) of 45 years. Proud father of David (Virgina) Fritz, Angela (Ben) Krickhahn, Sarah (Dan) Windle and Joseph Fritz; grandfather of Lilian, Melody, Amelia, and Piper.
Mike proudly served his country in the United States Air force.
He was a very skilled carpenter and loved working with his hands. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, and making wine. Many will remember him as a history buff and quoting history facts or song lyrics.
He loved his wife and children unconditionally, he absolutely adored his granddaughters, and he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Mike's life will be held on Sunday, January 28th 12pm – 4pm at the Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral home. (930 Main St. Mukwonago, WI 53149) Military Honors will follow.
