Larry L. Thompson

Of Germantown, WI, passed away unexpectedly on January 9, 2024 after complications from hip surgery.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Jackie, and his two loving daughters Michele (Fred) Springfield and Catherine (George) Lee. Proud grandpa of Spencer Lee and Jazmyn Springfield. Dear brother of Roy (Mary Alice) Thompson, Joe (Billie Milford) Thompson, Cheryl (Randy) Armagost, Patricia Thompson, Mike Thompson, Diana (Woody Rice) Thompson, Janette (Jon) Nottingham, Kenny Thompson. Further survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Roy Clarence Thompson and Marie Leona (nee Holt) Thompson.

Larry proudly served in the U.S. Navy onboard the U.S.S. Davis. After completing his years of service, Larry went on to become a Milwaukee Police Officer, and then a Federal Police Sergeant for the Department of Defense. Throughout Larry's life, he enjoyed hunting, fishing. motorcycle trips and time spent with his family.

In lieu of a funeral service, it was Larry's wish to have a private military honors ceremony at a later date.
