Keith A. Smukowski, 70, of Wauwatosa, entered eternal life on February 3, 2024. Loving husband and best friend of Diane for 30 years. Proud father of Jamie (Jerrod), Nicholas (Hannah), Marcus and Tyler.

Grandfather to Landon and Brilen (the late Angel).

Brother to the late David (Judy), his sister Beverly, his brother Alan (Laurie), and his late sister Barbara (Frank). Uncle to the late Jeff and Godson Tad (Faun). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Keith was in the automotive industry for many years, and had active part with LaCrosse in Wauwatosa.  

Memorials to Alzheimers Association or to Heartland Hospice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks to all the staff at Heartland Hospice for all their special care and of course our dogs Zoe, Roxee, Charlee and the late Maddee.

Private family services will be held.
