As a young woman she owned a ski boat before a car and enjoyed camping, snow skiing, and water skiing. Pat golfed and bowled (she and Ron met at a bowling alley). She was an avid Brewer’s fan, and in her later years she made sure to catch every game on tv. Pat enjoyed sewing and various crafts. Some of the most cherished items were afghans, bowling bags with leather tooling, quilts, baptismal gowns, painted ceramic nativity, and felt applique Christmas stockings. In retirement, Pat and Ron went on cruises and traveled to many locations within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

Pat was a member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls.  She was involved in many groups including the ladies’ Tabitha Society, Flower Guild, and Quilters Club.  She also led the Advent By Candlelight program for many years.
