Of Menomonee Falls, July 22,2024 Age 92 yrs. Beloved husband of the late Marlene (Nee Fritz). Loving father of Jeffrey (Sherrill), Debra and Shelley Smith. Proud Grandpa of Samantha (Sam) Tideman, Joshua (Amanda) Smith and John and Matthew Promer. Dear Bompa of Lena, Ella and Hannah. Dear brother-in-law of Clara (George) Birkel, Further survived by other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday August 2,2024 at 1pm at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church, W196 N9525 Cross View Way Menomonee Falls followed by burial at Sunnyside Cemetery. The family will greet friends Friday 12 noon until time of the Service . In lieu of flowers, memorials to Grace Ev. Lutheran Church appreciated.

Don worked for the Village of Menomonee Falls and retired after 26 years of service.
