I remember your mom as one of the "fun moms" of our high school friends. Lively, sweet, funny and welcoming (just like you, my friend). My prayers go out to you and your family on your loss.

I will miss seeing Carol each Spring at CGS 55 Plus. Those that live in our hearts can never be forgotten. Thinking of Bernie and family at this difficult time.

I was so sorry to hear this news; I can only imagine what a shock it was. I hope my Mom (the other Bernie of ME) has found her and provided comfort and a good old fashioned ME Hug! My thoughts and prayers are with you Bernie and the kids too.
I wear items of my Mom whenever I go to my grandkids' sporting events, or family gatherings (i.e., bring her along) and I get comfort from that and it makes me smile. Keep taking Carol along; after all, we know they are still looking out for us.
Hugs, Cheryl (Bernie & Phil Sullivan's daughter)

We were very saddened to hear of the passing of Carol. We got to know our "Winter Texans" Carol and Bernie very well over the past couple of years as part of Christ the Good Shepherd 55 Plus Club. What a beautiful couple, full of joy and love. Always a smile and ever kind. It was a pleasure to have Carol and Bernie a part of our senior community. We pray that our dear Lord will grant Carol eternal peace in His loving arms, and that Bernie and their family will be comforted by our heavenly father at this very difficult time. We are also hopeful that Bernie will continue Carol and his tradition of traveling to Texas for the winter. Our doors will always be open to Bernie and the memory of Carol.

I am extremely sad for the trauma it has brought to your entire family. Carol always had a smile, laugh, and a conversation for me. She really was the "matriarch angel" who took care of all of you. I will forever be sorry.

We are stunned by the passing of our very special friend, Carol. We have so many special memories of times spent camping, traveling, Marriage Encounter,
card playing, and praying. Carol would always sign cards with “love and hugs” and we send this to the whole Milkie family.
