Grace was a people person who never met a stranger. She enjoyed spending time with her many friends. She was always ready for a game of cards, catching up with you on a long telephone call, and spent much of her time crafting– sewing, needlework, knitting and crocheting. She took pride in making hats, scarves and blankets for those in need. Her most recent passion was making blankets for family, friends and countless others who touched her life- she would give these as a gesture of her genuine thankfulness. But above all, Grace’s greatest joy was her family. She loved spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. Family cookouts, game nights, holidays, trips up north and road trips were among her most favorite things to do with her family. She will be deeply missed by all, but forever in our hearts.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to all of the kind people at the ProHealth Care Cancer center in Oconomowoc and the caring staff at AngelsGrace Hospice for the exceptional care and compassion they provided.
Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM on Friday, February 7, 2025 at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 995 Silver Lake St, Oconomowoc. In lieu of flowers, memorials to AngelsGrace Hospice are appreciated.
