Of Mukwonago, passed from this life to eternal life on Friday, January 17, 2025 at the age of 93.

Edward is survived by his children Linda (Craig) Huffman, Karen (Joe) McAdams, Randy (Karelyn) Beck, Greg, and Barb (Tom) Oestreicher; grandchildren Pat (Amy) McAdams, Tim (Tricia) McAdams, Kristin (Erik) Brandstetter, Steven (Laura) Helm, Kevin (Tanya) Helm, Emily Helm (Ian Hill), Jaclyn Beck (David Malec), Derek (Amelia) Beck, Melissa (Shawn) Schmear, and Jessica (Chris) Schatzman; sisters Diane Charney and Rosemary Beck, and sister-in-law Judith Beck-Sprague.  He is further survived by 15 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.  Edward was preceded by his wife Marilyn Beck of 67 years, daughter Gail Beck, granddaughter Amanda Beck, and his brother David Beck.

Edward was a member of St. James Catholic Church since 1970.  He sang in the church choir and his faith life was very important to him.  He loved the Brewers, Packers and Bucks, singing and whistling.  He worked for W.H. Pipkorn for many years and after he retired in the 1980’s, Ed ran his own business with Marilyn for 20 years.  He still did the structural engineering as an independent contractor.  He will be greatly missed.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 3:00 PM at St. James Catholic Church (830 E. Veterans Way, Mukwonago). 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. James Catholic Church or St. Vincent de Paul.
