Jeanette L. Williams
May 31, 1936 - March 5, 2025

Jeanette (Wetley) Williams, 88, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children, on March 5, 2025, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Jeanette was born on May 31, 1936, at home on the farm in Plymouth Township in Juneau County, Wisconsin, to Helmer and Lydia Wetley. She grew up in a large family and carried the values of kindness and generosity throughout her life. She was known for her warm heart, contagious smile, her unwavering support for those around her, and her faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She married Louis in 1955 at East Lemonweir Lutheran Church and together they raised four children.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Jeanette is survived by her children Cynthia (John) Bartunek, Gary (Sandra) Williams, and Donna (Kurt) Pflughoeft; ten grandchildren-Chad, Amie, Andrea, Jeremy, Stephanie, Jennifer, Alexander, Matthew, Christopher, and Anthony; as well as 24 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brothers Donald, Gerald, and Melvin Wetley. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Louis Williams; her son Ronald Williams; her parents Helmer and Lydia Wetley; and her brothers Kenneth, Helmer Jr., Roland, Levine, David, and Calvin.

Jeanette had a passion for giving back to her community. She dedicated much of her time volunteering at church and within the community. Her hands were rarely still-she found joy in needlepoint and crafts, creating beautiful pieces that reflected the care she put into everything she did.

To those who knew her, Jeanette was a sweet soul-always ready to listen with patience and understanding. Her presence brought comfort to many, and she will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

A Celebration of Life for Jeanette will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, beginning with a visitation at 2:00 pm, a memorial ceremony at 3:00 pm, and followed by a dinner. Everything will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park, located at 13235 W. Capitol Drive in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

May Jeanette's memory bring peace and comfort to those who loved her. Per Jeanette's desire, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association (in memory of Louis) or The American Cancer Society (in memory of Ron).
