Sharon was born on April 17, 1944, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Jacob “Jack” Schaffner and Dorothy (Kuenn) Schaffner.  She married Francis John Feider, who passed away earlier this year, on May 23, 1964.  Sharon is survived by her children; daughter Angela (James) Rozak, Glen Ellyn, IL; sons Jared (Candice) Feider, Cedarburg, WI; Jason Feider, Davidson, NC; grandchildren, Adam Rozak, Natalie Rozak, Will Rozak, Riley Feider, Gabe Feider, Ben Feider, Parker Feider, Elliott Feider, Olivia Feider.

Preceding Sharon in death were her husband, Francis Feider; parents, Jack and Dorothy Schaffner; brother, Jack Schaffner; and many beloved extended family members, friends, neighbors, and treasured pets.

Sharon graduated from Nicolet High School. She worked beside her husband for many years in their real estate business.  Sharon was also a longtime first responder for the Cascade Fire Department.  She loved hosting holidays for her family, golfing with the ladies, lake life, fishing, traveling, especially to the Caribbean, the Packers and every animal she had the pleasure of meeting.  Sharon requested that her ashes be scattered off the coast of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, where she spent many happy times.

The family would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Lumia Mequon, Brighton Hospice, Home Helpers, and Cardinale Concierge for the wonderful care, love, and support that were provided to Sharon.

In lieu of flowers, donations to your local Humane Society or the Alzheimer’s Association (www.alz.org) would be appreciated.
