During times of sorrow, words seem to fall short...I will make the attempt; My heart weighs heavily for the loss & hurt your family feels. Having faith in the Lord & gratitude for the time we were given here on earth, with our children, we realize how precious every moment truly is. I have no doubt Greyson is at peace because he was called by our Lord. He knows your family will remain whole, no matter where each of you are because LOVE transcends space & time. Every second passing is a present given to us in this realm, where we learn, most importantly we learn to Love. We prepare for our higher purpose. I know the Lord called Greyson to his. Time differs in heaven then how we precieve & experience it on earth. While it may be years here until your family is fully reunited together in heaven, it will not be but a breath for those already home, watching above us. Until then, use what God given energy we have to spread Love, Compassion, and Gratitue to those around us so we can join the angels we adore who went before. GOD ?? I pray to please watch over Greyson & the Zess family now and in perpetuity. Lord I pray your love & strength shall guide them in this life and the next. AMEN
God Bless you Zess Family, You're in our thoughts & prayers in this community.
Love abound

Dear Jaime, Dan, Makenna, and Jackson,

I was heartbroken to hear of Greyson’s passing. Please accept my deepest condolences during this unimaginable time. No words can truly express the sorrow felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing your incredible son.

From the stories shared and the love reflected in his obituary, it’s clear that Greyson was not only brilliant and curious but also kind, full of life, and deeply loved by those around him. His passion for learning, his creative spirit, and the joy he brought to others left a lasting impression that even time cannot fade.

Though I cannot begin to comprehend your pain, I hope you find comfort in knowing how many lives Greyson touched in his 15 years. The mark he left on his family, friends, teammates, and this entire community is profound and enduring. His generosity, even in passing, continues to save lives—proof that his spirit and impact live on.

Please know that I am holding your family close in my thoughts and prayers. If there is anything you need or any way I can support you during this time, don’t hesitate to reach out. Greyson’s life was a gift, and his memory will remain a bright light in the hearts of many.

With heartfelt sympathy,

Our heartfelt condolences to your family. Most people will never understand how painful it is to watch your entire world fall apart and be expected to keep going. Wishing your family comfort and peace to face the days ahead and loving memories to hold in your heart.

My heartfelt condolences, love, and prayers go out to the entire Zess family. I had the true honor of being Greyson’s second-grade teacher, and he brought light, joy, and laughter to our classroom every single day.

Though I was his teacher, Greyson taught me so much. Thanks to him, I became an expert on Route 66 and cars! He loved sharing stories about the projects he and his grandpa worked on in the garage. His curiosity was boundless—his thoughtful questions often had our entire class “researching” together to find the answers.

Greyson’s brilliance and eagerness to learn constantly challenged me in the best ways as a teacher. He left a lasting mark on my heart and on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

I pray that you find strength, courage, and moments of peace as you navigate this unimaginable loss.
