Jack was not only a kind and generous man but also a great businessman. Anything he put his mind to, he could achieve. Throughout his lifetime, he was the owner of three successful family-owned businesses: Santoro Produce, Captain Jack's Tomatoes, and A & J Environmental Pallet Recycling. Jack retired in 2020 at the age of 78. He was a provider and mentor for his family. In 2020, Andy (son-in-law) took over sole ownership of A & J Environmental Pallet Recycling. Together with Nicole (daughter) and grandsons Austin and Anthony, they will proudly continue his legacy.
