(nee Martin) Passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at the age of 91. Loving wife of the late Joseph for almost 68 years. Louise is survived by 4 wonderful families, including surrogate children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Lisa and Joseph Lau, Wendy and Dean Balister, Jenny Rueth and Ken Ludwig, and Peggy and Gary Gruenke. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Louise enjoyed a full life with several careers: art teacher , studio potter, dental ceramist, and RN, but most of all she loved her long retirement full of travel and activities of gardening, bicycling and volunteering at CMH.

A future celebration of the families and friends who were always supportive of Louise will take place at a later date. Her wishes were to be cremated and will be laid to rest at Wisconsin Memorial Park (Main Building 2nd floor Corridor M2 Niche 123E) in Brookfield, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Louise’s name to The Historical Society at Old Falls Village are greatly appreciated (PO Box 91; Menomonee Falls, WI 53051).
